We're serious about water. It's at the core of every beer we brew and also makes up a large portion of the beers you're drinking, which is why we focus on our water chemistry before each beer is brewed.
Water contains critical trace elements that reflect the geographical region from where it passes. Elements like magnesium, calcium, and potassium all provide multiple benefits throughout the brewing process. These trace elements are found in various levels in different parts of the world, and have historically helped define distict regional styles, such as Vienna lagers. Over history, the geological make-up of these regions shaped the type of beer that best-suited the water that was available.
With advances in brewing science and water chemistry, we can recreate and shape our own water here in South Florida to provide you with a wide range of high-quality beers that are true to style, while giving us craft brewers a high-degree of flexibility to experiment and create exciting new beer styles and flavor combinations.
